We always seek to work positively with regulators, including the Gambling Commission and the Fundraising Regulator, and ensure that our own, and our clients knowledge are up-to-date and that our policies and procedures reflect that.

Our representatives undertake social responsibility training, including Dementia training, and all our representatives are ‘Dementia Friends’. Our canvassing operations are also managed strictly in accordance with the Code of Fundraising Practice.
