Lorraine joined the company in March 2017 with more than 40 years experience in various Personal Assistant and Administration roles both in the Financial Industry, private and public sectors.
Her role within the business is to provide Customer Service and Administration Support, processing and managing customer accounts, processing lottery draws for the Managed Services and ensuring all payments are correctly reconciled.
Fun Fact: Lorraine has a German Shepherd dog who she loves to take on long walks and also part loans a horse called Joe who she loves to ride and take care of 3 times a week. Lorraine also received a Chief Constable’s Commendation with GMP.
